Iggy Azalea Lost 15 lbs Doing This
Australian rapper Iggy Azalea says she lost 15 lbs in one week by twerking. The blonde says that she paired diet with an intense regimen of dance rehearsals for her new song “Mo Bounce” and that’s how she shed the weight. She told a radio station, “I never realized how flexible you have to be do to that stuff,’ she said. ‘[My teacher] was like ”I really suggest you take yoga”. I didn’t know you had to take yoga to be a twerker but apparently you do.”
