Dudes Tried The One Punch Man Workout

In a hilarious episode of our new favorite Netflix show One Punch Man, the hero finally reveals how he has such amazing power. One Punch Man goes into length speech about how he trained very hard every day no matter what. Every day he did 100 sit ups, 100 push ups, 100 squats and a 10 mile run. Of course no one believes this is the secret to One Punch Man’s power but these dudes attempted the work out anyway. Check out their results below.
